• How is Now Rewards different from the old program?

  Now Rewards runs entirely through the Model Rewards app instead of through our front desk. You no longer need to call or text us for a referral ID. Your code is created the moment you sign up, your points balance updates in real time, and your rewards apply automatically at checkout.

• How do I sign up?

  Download the Model Rewards app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, then enter a friend's referral code during sign-up. If you don't have one, enter NOWAK to receive your welcome points. Add your information, create your account, and verify your phone. It takes under two minutes, and your 25 welcome points are added automatically with no purchase required.

• How do I share my referral code?

  Every member receives a unique code tied to their account. Tap "Refer a Friend" inside the app to text your personal invite link, show your QR code for a friend to scan in person, or share the code directly for them to enter when they sign up.

• What does my referred friend receive?

  Your referred friend receives 50 referral points, worth $50, toward their treatment. They simply enter your code when they create their Model Rewards account.

• How many points per referral?

  You earn 50 points, worth $50 in rewards, each time a friend you refer downloads the app and completes their first visit. Your credit is applied once they complete a service purchase of $300 or more.

• When do points expire?

  Points are valid for one year from the date they are earned. Each point is worth $1 and redeems at full face value, so there are no conversions or tier rules to keep track of. You can view your balance and earn dates any time in the app.

• How do I redeem points?

  Redeem in-office at Nowak Aesthetics. Let our front desk know at checkout that you'd like to apply your points and we'll take care of the rest. One point equals $1 off your visit.
