Nowak Aesthetics uses a Patient Portal in order to better facilitate information for our practice.
You will be receiving an email from one of our friendly staff members shorty after your appointment has been confirmed. In this email, you will find your log in security code along with helpful information to walk you through creating your portal account.
We ask that you use the Patient Portal to remotely complete all of the required paperwork needed for your appointment PRIOR to your visit.

HIPPA and Notice of Privacy Practices
At Nowak Aesthetics, we strive to treat your medical information with the best care. We ask you to familiarize yourself with our privacy practices to understand your rights as well
We are finally back and looking forward to seeing you. We are seeing half of the patients we used to and have very limited appointments due to the rules for COVID-19 to keep you and our staff safe.
Patients who no-show, reschedule, or cancel less than 48 hours before their scheduled appointment time shall be subject to a Cancellation Fee of 50% of the total treatment value. All follow-up appointments require a 48-hour cancellation notice. For follow-up appointments, patients who no-show, reschedule, or cancel less than 48 hours prior to the appointment time will be charged a $50 fee.
Please contact our office to schedule your appointment and to provide us with your up to date information. You may also request an appointment here and one of our patient entry members will be in contact with you.
Should I arrive early?
Due to these unprecedented times, we have taken new measures to ensure your safety. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to allow enough time for the check in process. You can text us through Patient Portal or give us a Call or Text 619-420-1840 to let us know you have arrived. Once we receive your message, we will ask you to remain in your car. We will send you a message to meet us at the front door, where one of our friendly staff will be there to get you checked in and guide you through the visit.
What to bring to appointment
Please be prepared to bring your mobile device to let us know you have arrived. For your safety and the safety of our staff, we ask that you please wear your protective mask when entering the office. If you forget your mask, do not worry, we can provide one for you.
We accept all major credit cards and can assist if using CareCredit or GreenSky. All payments must be paid in full PRIOR to your appointment. Payments can be made through our Online Store or over the phone.
Not Accepting Health Insurance
We don’t accept any health insurance. If you have a Health Savings Account, please request the check-out form at the end of your visit. This form can be used to submit a claim to your insurance company for direct reimbursement.
We are a “non-participating provider” and have opted out of Medicare. This means that neither you nor our office can seek reimbursement from Medicare or any supplemental insurance plans.
